Title: Quick Beef Pie

Yield: 2 Servings

1 1/2lbGround beef
1mdOnion, chopped
1/2tsSalt
1cnCondensed tomato soup
  10 1/2 oz. size
1cnCut green beans, drained
  16 oz.
1/4tsPepper
2cPotatoes, seasoned & mashed
1/2cChedder cheese, shredded

Crumble beef into large fry pan. Add onion and salt, and cook until browned. Drain off excess fat. Add soup, green beans and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Spread mashed potatoes over the top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Randy Rigg
